About Us
Built for Caregivers, by Caregivers
Each member of our team has helped to care for an aging loved one, often in collaboration with a professional caregiver.
We appreciate the challenges faced by your agency, clients, and staff and developed our platform with continuous input from agency owners and operators just like you.
Supporting your caregivers with flexible, safe spending tools is the first step in our vision to make providing home care services more affordable and accessible to those in need.
Our Mission
SpendCare was created to serve and empower home care agencies in honor of the ones who helped our families. We know how challenging your work is and believe technology should make things easier for you, your staff, and your clients.
The complexity of making purchases on behalf of your clients is an unnecessary risk. We intend to replace that complexity with simple, safe, and affordable tools that allow you to invest your time and revenue in what matters most – providing high-quality, compassionate care to those in need.

Kunu Kaushal is one of the latest influencers in the long-term care/ healthcare space in Tennessee. He studied business management at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and proceeded to work in multiple healthcare fields focused on the highest quality of care. Passionate about impacting the healthcare space, founding a senior care agency was a natural fit.
With the motivation of helping his grandparents as his first clients, Kunu started Senior Solutions Home Care in 2010. Today the company provides in-home care, nutritional support, and transportation services to the entire state out of multiple offices.
In 2019, Kunu founded the Independent Home Care Alliance (IHCA) to allow independent home care owners throughout the nation to collaboratively share best practices and other information in a closed community of their peers. In just a short amount of time, the network of independents in the IHCA has grown to around 300 participants.
Kunu also shares motivation, inspiration, and advice to other entrepreneurs and business leaders who might need that extra push to succeed on the digital platform, Elevate with Kunu.
Kunu’s large-scale vision is to teach and expand his influence into the healthcare space. He knows that the demand and need for quality senior care is growing at exponential rates and the best way to make the most impact is to help and assist other agency owners on their mutual mission to serve.
Grateful for the hundreds of families that trust the care of their loved ones to his team, Kunu focuses on being the market leader in the industry.
